Higher Education Programmes

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology (BICT) programmes are offered in close cooperation with NOVI University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. Graduates of the BBA or BICT have an official Bachelor Diploma accredited by the Dutch NVAO (Dutch Flemish Accreditation Organisation). The diploma entitles the graduates to start Master programmes all over the world.

Customer-made education programmes

All our courses are offered completely online thanks to the NOVI e-learning platform EdHub. In addition, you can also participate in our weekly classroom lectures, where we will with you bridge the gap between theory and practice. NOVI tutors can help you to achieve your goals. If desired, you can also earn your certificate by developing your skills at your own workplace. You decided what your education will look like.

A regular HBO program lasts 4 years, which can be very long for professionals and can usually not be combined with their business and private life. NOVI has a perfect solution for this group. Professionals with experience in Business Administration or ICT can receive exemptions within the programme. The result of this is that students at NOVI often obtain their bachelor’s degree within 2.5 years or less.

In-Company higher education and recruitment

The recruitment of graduates and binding them to your company is a growing challenge for most companies. The “war for talent” already has the attention of human resources departments of companies for years, but now seems to enter a new dimension. Graduates from Universities of Applied Sciences are nowadays different from those who graduates 5 or 10 years ago. Generations Y and Z have different requirements towards their employer in comparison with previous generations.

Work life balance, flexible working hours or the possibility of working from one’s home place are for example important aspects for generation Y when choosing their employer. In addition, generation Z is about to enter the employment market, including yet again different requirements. Both generations will a.o. change the way organisations organise their recruitment. This change is already happening. AAE experienced a significant growth in bachelor thesis topics that deal with the question: how to reach, recruit and bind the new generations?

The reasons where that classical ways of attracting graduates do not seem to work anymore.
